Rules of the Home Owner's Association
GENERAL
- The Home Owner's Association (H.O.A) will be responsible for the: Maintenance of the common property, services i.e. water supply, electricity, roads, electrified fences.
- All houses and architectural rules will be complied with.
- Gardens must be indigenous, water wise and may not be fenced outside the postulated areas.
- No fire wood may be collected.
- No fires may be lit outside the units.
- Quad motorcycles are allowed as approved and screened by H.O.A.
- No business may be conducted from houses except a guest- and club house.
- No visitors allowed without notification to the security officer.
- All approved contractors to sign the appropriate rules and regulation register and abide to it.
- Contracted labourers/persons who are not in the employment of the estate must be fully supervised.
- No improvement may be done outside the boundaries of the units without permission, including gardens, braai facilities, water supply etc.
- Gas equipment and alternative energy equipment to be approved by the H.O.A., will be incorporated in all houses.
- The H.O.A. will be responsible for reading the power meters.
- The maximum size of the swimming pools is 6m x 4m x 1.5m.
- Bird dog owners and the fly fisherman fraternity to be accommodated.
- Bird dogs can be kept at owner's own expense.
LEVY
- The levy includes the cost of services to common property i.e. water, electricity, general maintenance, roads, fences, caretaking of game, wages and salaries.
GAME
- Game to resort under management of the H.O.A.
- Annual harvesting of game and birds to be decided by H.O.A.
- No game to be hunted.
House rules to be provided with the purchase contract.
